Meet our new chef
Carolyn Rogers from the USA, is a complete foodie and is filling the delicatessen with delicious fresh delicacies as well as running the kitchen for our new Sunday Lunch. To see the menu click here

New Lunch Menu
Ashley Prynn our head chef has launched a new lunch time menu Monday to Saturday. The menu features a broad range of foods sourced from the delicatessen. The seafood chowder has had many huge accolades from recent diners.

Wyndhams Discount Card
We are planning a Wyndhams discount Card. The card will give discounts on food and wine in both the delicatessen and bistro as well as priority bookings on forthcoming events.

Cookery Workshops
We will be soon launching cookery workshops with our in house chefs as well as local culinary experts who are keen to demonstrate and share their knowledge and skills. Please look out for forthcoming date.
